With more than two decades of experience advising financial institutions, healthcare providers, businesses, and individuals, Matt brings a depth of knowledge and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to complex business, real estate, and litigation matters. Matt's master's degree in counseling psychology, combined with his extensive work alongside healthcare providers, gives him a distinctive understanding of the clinical, regulatory, and operational challenges they face—including professional licensing, credentialing, and compliance with the evolving regulatory framework that governs their practices.
Matt represents banks and businesses in commercial lending, loan documentation, and related transactional matters. He also handles a broad range of bankruptcy matters on behalf of creditors, protecting their rights throughout the bankruptcy process by filing claims, enforcing loans and other contracts, and recovering collateral. He also represents businesses and individuals in healthcare and general litigation.
Outside the office, Matt shares his experience as an adjunct professor at a local community college, where he teaches a variety of legal courses. He also enjoys spending time with his family.
