Professional Experiences

Stephen Tujague is an attorney at Forbes Law Group, where he practices in the areas of regulatory compliance, business and healthcare litigation, and appellate advocacy. Before joining the firm, Stephen served as a research attorney to Chief Judge Sarah E. Warner of the Kansas Court of Appeals, gaining valuable experience in complex civil appeals and business disputes.

Stephen earned a B.B.A. in Finance from Fort Hays State University and his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he served as the managing editor of the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. During law school, he was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the top grade in his Mergers & Acquisitions course, and he interned at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Division of Enforcement in Kansas City, Missouri.

Stephen is also involved in a number of professional organizations. He has co-chaired the Kansas Bar Association's Annual Survey of Law for two years and continues to author its Administrative Law chapter. He is a pledging fellow of the Kansas Bar Foundation, serving on both its Investment and Scholarship Committees, and is an active member of the Earl E. O'Connor American Inn of Court and the American Health Lawyers Association.
