PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bethany has a passion for helping health care providers. Years of pharmacy experience during college inspired her to pursue a career in health law. In pursuit of this goal, she attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law, where she served on the UMKC Law Review as a staff member, editor, and published author of an article about antitrust practices in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Forbes Law Group, Bethany interned with the U.S. District Court of the Western District of Missouri and the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.

Bethany now focuses her practice on assisting health care providers comply with their regulatory obligations under Medicare’s Conditions of Participation and provides a unique perspective on 340B pharmacy issues. She also works with governing boards to understand their fiduciary duties and with HR executives on proactive management of employment issues.
