Professional Experiences

Quentin assists a wide variety of healthcare clients navigate complex state and federal laws and regulations, including: privacy and security, audit and appeal procedures, tax exempt organization matters, practice acquisition, medical staff, and Stark and Anti-Kickback. Quentin also represents clients in administrative, state, and federal reimbursement litigation. Prior to joining Forbes Law Group, Quentin clerked with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where he assisted in the federal indictment of two individuals for violations of healthcare fraud and abuse laws.
